Let's make this thin poha panchakajjaya which is a sweet recipe made during sri krishna janashtami and served as prasad or prasadam.
Ingredients
- Rice flakes - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup, crushed
- Cardamom powder - 1/8 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of crushed jaggery 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 1 tsp of ghee.
- Mix these ingredients well.
- Add 1 cup of rice flakes & 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Mix them well evenly.
- That's it! Panchakajjaya is ready
